Return & Refund Policy

At TeneArt, we strive to provide high-quality handmade and hand-painted İznik tiles to our customers. This Return and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • Domestic Orders (within Turkey): Buyers may return their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accompanying materials (such as invoices and receipts).
  • International Orders (outside Turkey): Returns are not accepted unless the goods arrive damaged (see Section 3 for details).
  • Custom-made or personalized İznik tiles are non-returnable under any circumstances.
  • The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

2. REFUND PROCESS

  • To initiate a return, Buyers must email info@tene-art.com with their order number, reason for return, and any relevant images (if applicable).
  • Once the return request is approved, the Buyer must ship the item to the address provided by TeneArt. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the package is securely packed and shipped with tracking.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. DAMAGED GOODS

  • Upon delivery, carefully inspect the package before accepting it. If any damage is visible:
    • Do not accept the delivery.
    • Take clear photos of the damaged goods and the packaging.
    • Inform the delivery officer and ensure that the damage is recorded.
    • Email the photos and details to info@tene-art.com immediately.
  • If the Buyer follows this process correctly, TeneArt will send a free replacement for the damaged goods.
  • If the Buyer accepts the damaged package without inspection, TeneArt may not be able to issue a replacement or refund.

4. EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
  • To request an exchange, the Buyer must follow the process outlined in Section 3.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, the Buyer will be offered a refund instead.
  • Custom-made or personalized İznik tiles cannot be exchanged.
