Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Domestic deliveries in Turkey are usually completed within 3-7 business days.
International deliveries may take 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country.
Delivery times depend on MNG Kargo and DHL Express operations and may vary during peak seasons.

2. SHIPPING FEES

For domestic shipments within Turkey, free shipping promotions may be available depending on the order amount. Please check our website for current offers.
For international shipments, shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient, based on the regulations of the destination country.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your order on the shipping company’s website.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete. TeneArt is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4. IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTES

Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the package before accepting delivery.
If you notice any damage or signs of tampering, do not accept the delivery and report the issue to the courier.
Take photos of the damaged package and email us at info@tene-art.com.
If the correct procedure is followed, we will send a replacement item free of charge.
